I was here for celebrating birthday, everything was fine. I asked for king room with central heating, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk, it was neat. I really enjoyed the beds, they were comfy, and how very very helpful and excellent the staff was.

The room was brilliant, silent and the bed was very comfy. Its location was very central, close to a publicly owned art museum. Took a walk around city centre, located not too far away from the hotel.

The personnel was amicable and excellent. The location was particularly good, close to National Football Museum. Set close to a train station, which helped to explore Manchester.

The single room was cosy and included shower facilities and bath sheets. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were amazing people from reception to housekeepers. The hotel had a brilliant location next door to Canal Street. It also was near the tram station. I didn't want to leave and would want to stay there again.
